Hey, now, Doc Rick here with a Start With Your Feet, health tip. I am a firm believer that knowledge is good, so when it comes to your feet, it is important that you know your foot type. There are two main foot types, a flat foot and a rigid foot. You will be able to choose the correct shoes based on your foot type and then I am able to choose the correct orthotic material based on the same knowledge. Don't let a machine diagnose your foot.
