In the event of a fitting problem, you may email us at DocRick@StartWithYourFeet.com and provide the following items:

• Reason for problem such as too firm, too soft, too short, too long, etc.

You will be able to re-order a replacement device and only be charged the orthotic lab fee and shipping cost.

Shipping Flat Fees are NOT included in the price of the product. We ship anywhere in the US on a purchase. There is an

added charge for Alaska and Hawaii.
