In the event of a fitting problem, you may email us at DocRick@StartWithYourFeet.com and provide the following items:

  • Reason for problem such as too firm, too soft, too short, too long, etc. 

You will be able to re-order a replacement device and only be charged the orthotic lab fee and shipping cost.
