Hey now Doc Rick here with a Start With Your Feet health tip. A recent study published in the JAMA of internal medicine concluded that people who frequently eat organic foods have a lower overall risk of developing cancer. The authors theorize a possible explanation for this is from the significant reduction of contamination, I. E. pesticides found in organic food and produce. My advice is to be proactive with your food choices and eat organic to reduce your chances of serious illness down the road. Until next time, keep on walking and running strong.
