Doc Rick will give a 30 minute lecture on the “Start With Your Feet” Lifestyle. Topics covered are: Appropriate Shoe Gear, Orthotics, “High Intensity Interval Training”, Organic Nutrition. All attendees will be entitled to a discount on any Doc Rick's Orthotic placed the day of lecture.
