Hey now, Doc Rick here with another Start With Your Feet challenge. Today, I offer up the gluten-free challenge. If you have ever been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, then taking gluten out of your diet is super important because just by doing that, you might be able to drastically improve your symptoms and your condition. Now, gluten is found in breads cakes, cookies, pasta; there are gluten-free alternatives. The trick is to eliminate it for six weeks and then see how your symptoms are. Then you can gradually reintroduce it back into your diet weekly rather than daily and you might be on your way to a drastic turnaround. Now, some conditions that this can help would be rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, certain thyroid conditions, psoriasis, and many neurologic conditions.
