Protect the Foot Chain!

In the Fleetwood Mac song, “The Chain”, they sing “I can still hear you saying you would never break the chain”. I would like everyone to join me on the “Wellness Wagon”. Once you're on board, you'll be wearing good supportive shoes and orthotics (customized arch supports). From there you'll be exercising regularly doing” high intensity interval training” (“HIIT”) in whatever form you choose (walking, jogging, sprinting, cycling, swimming). You'll also be eating healthier, taking appropriate supplements and using a few stress management techniques.

Once you have incorporated all of this into your lifestyle, you then become the “first link” in the “Foot Wellness Chain”. It is now up to you to “never break the chain”. Do this by recommending friends and family to climb aboard the “Wellness Wagon” and join us. They can then be the “next link”…. How long can we make the chain? The sky’s the limit…”Chain, keep us together… (interval) running in the shadows”.
