Climb Aboard the Wellness Wagon

There's a train track coming up just ahead…You need to “Stop, Look and Listen”. Bruce Springsteen from the song “Land Of Hope and Dreams” invites you to “climb aboard this train”.... or in this case, “climb aboard this wagon”. I'm talking about the “Wellness Wagon”. This is a “wagon” that will give you a sense of well-being. It will lead to a healthier lifestyle and a more vital life. Imagine being able to do your own food shopping at the age of 90. I know that's my goal!


So if you want to climb on board the “Wellness Wagon”, what should you do first? Look downwards and start with your feet! Why not get checked out by podiatrist and get set up with appropriate shoes and “orthotics”? From there you will be able to “propel yourself” onto the “Wagon” with a solid foundation. Once you're on board, you can incorporate a few basic things related to Nutrition, Exercise, Supplements and Stress Management. By the way, just by being on board, you will automatically lower your stress levels because you'll be doing some form of “High Intensity Interval Training” regularly. I believe that aerobic exercise is the most important way to reduce stress in your life. With “High Intensity Interval Training”, you don't need to spend a lot of time doing it, so it can be done more often. All it takes is the will to incorporate it into your daily routine resulting in a happier, healthier and more mellow person. Now that's someone I want as a fellow passenger on the “Wellness Wagon”!
