Hey now, Doc Rick here with a Start With Your Feet, health tip. When it comes to high intensity interval training, you need to make it easy to do and somewhere in or near your home. So the question: is what if you have no exercise equipment in your home or building and it's raining outside? The answer is chair HIIT. All you need is a sturdy chair without wheels, then proceed to do my recommended protocol. Go up, go down 20 times with a one-minute rest in between and do that six different intervals. The final three intervals go up and down 15 times with a one minute rest in between. The take-home point is make sure you do the final three at a faster pace. Now there are no more excuses to do your daily HIIT for good health and longevity. Until next time, keep on walking and running strong.
