Hey now, Doc Rick here with a Start With Your Feet, health tip. Please run the other way from wearing loafers out of the house and slippers inside the house. Both of them force your feet to be squeezed into a shoe that is just too short, with the purpose of keeping your heel from slipping out in the back. Instead, choose a lace shoe or an ankle high boot for outside the house and sturdy open sandals for inside the house. You'll be doing your feet a big favor by doing that.
