Hey, now Doc, Rick here with a Start With Your Feet deep thought. To reach the blue zone, you need to start with your feet. The blue zone are places in the world where people live the longest. Researchers have identified many similar characteristics amongst these various communities. They share the following traits, active movement throughout the day, a sense of purpose, a sense of community, a vegetarian based diet, good stress management techniques, such as evening, happy hour with family and friends with mild alcohol consumption. The start with your feet movement promotes all of these noble causes. Most notably with orthotics and high intensity interval training to help your mobility and reduce stress simultaneously.
