Doc Rick (00:04):

Hey, now Doc Rick here with a Start With Your Feet health tip. Get your high intensity interval training exercise done first thing in the morning before leaving for work or school. You only need 10 to 12 minutes to do it and if you do it inside or outside your home, there is no travel time needed.
