Hey now Doc Rick here with a Start With Your Feet health tip. After dinner snacking can really mess up a day in which you were doing really well with your eating. It's fun to eat ice cream at night, but try to limit that as much as possible. Here are three healthy evening snacks to consider as an alternative. Dark chocolate, non-GMO popcorn, and organic apples. Dark chocolate is a powerful source of antioxidants and has many health benefits. Non-GMO popcorn and organic apples have excellent fiber content, which leads to better digestion. Choose the right snacks at night to stay on the wellness wagon all day.
