Doc Rick (00:04):

Hey now Doc Rick here with a Start With Your Feet health tip. When I was designing my prescription for high intensity interval training, I wanted to take into account that it would be realistic for patients that were younger as well as older. So that is why I made my fast interval recommendations 20 and then 15 seconds rather than 30 or 60 or 120 seconds, because first and foremost, I want to make sure that I'm not going to cause any further harm to people with my exercise recommendations. So the added bonus is that pretty much any age can benefit and do the high intensity interval training, and it only takes about 10 to 12 minutes to do it. So give it a try. Until next time, keep on walking and running strong.
