Hey now Doc Rick here with a quick Start With Your Feet deep thought. I think we can all agree that we need more love and brotherhood in this world. So let us unite with a Start With Your Feet four step plan for peace and wellness. Number one: let us all embrace the fact that we were all mammals. Number two: let us all pledge allegiance to the sun. Number three: let us all get on board the orthotic train to get around comfortably and efficiently. And finally, let's all commit to HIIT, which is high intensity interval training. So if we have all of those four things in common as a good foundation to build on, we can make the world a better place. Until next time, keep on walking and running strong.
