Doc Rick (00:04):

Hey, now Doc Rick here with a Start With Your Feet health tip. Get your high intensity interval training exercise done first thing in the morning before leaving for work or school. You only need 10 to 12 minutes to do it and if you do it inside or outside your home, there is no travel time needed. While everyone else is sleeping or eating breakfast, you can get your HIIT session finished early in the day. That way, when someone asks you, how are you doing? You can say GTD, which means getting things done. Until next time keep on walking and running strong
